3D-PRINTED brake cooling ducts for mini r50

Designed specifically for Race MINIs, these fixed PETG front bumper air cones provide a reliable and regulation-compliant solution to significantly reduce front brake temperatures when installed with our brake duct kit.



These ducts are manufactured to 52 mm, ensuring full compliance whilst the aerodynamically designed coned face delivers maximum air capture and efficiently channels air into the ducting.



Can be used with standard 52mm flexi pipe but we recommend combining with our brake duct kit to eliminate the risk of tyre fouling or duct movement during racing, maintaining consistent and maximum airflow under all conditions.



Tested and proven at Dowling Motorsport, this system has demonstrated front brake disc temperature reductions in excess of 50 °C, making it a highly effective performance upgrade for competitive race MINIs.
