In excellent used condition, no missing parts. The markers are all used, there're two in the photos, but just for presentation purposes - hardly any ink left in those. Children can use any markers though. My daughter played with lots of pleasure with that toy, sadly she's outgrown it now. I'll wash off all the colour and pack before handing it. The house is modular so can be dismantled and rearranged in a few different ways. It's a super cute and beautiful toy. Instructions and slates from the original packaging are included - all the house white colour-in parts can go back in the slates (*please check the last photos) and could look like brand new, if given as a gift to a child.
