Seamaster 925 Yacht - Project Boat

Project boat - Seamaster 925.
Very well regarded as a capable sailing boat, designed by Hollman & Pye. Hull number 5786, built 1986.
Originally sailed in Scotland, came to Ireland in 2001.
Has been on the hard for more than 10 years and was taken on as a project boat. Unfortunately, work commitments have stalled progress, so have decided it would be best to offload.
Interior has been stripped, but all panels and cushions have been kept for templates.
Windows removed - as they were leaking. Have been re-sealed and are ready for re-installation.
Engine removed (it was the original Volvo MD7A - for which you can't get spares) and engine bay cleaned. Plan was to fit a Beta 16 or 20 engine.
Trailer is very solid - had new leaf spring fitted all round about 3 years ago - with less than 50 km on it since.
Boat is on the hard in North County Dublin
Priced to sell - as would like to see it go to a good home.
