Hi I have 3 reusable hot & cold packs brand new got as a present but don’t need them .
Very easy to use ,just flex the disc back and forth to activate the heat. The pack will stay hot for 2 hours depending of the size. To activate again put the pack in boiling water until all salt crystals have fully dissolved and the solution is clear
