Used it while hiking, small and sits in the rucksack or bag. If needed you connect your phone to it and using an app you can contact emergency services.
You can also message others via the app. Letting folks know where you are etc.
Cool device. Selling as I'm moving to a family plan which this service does not offer.
Found the annual fixed price charge a good deal compared to Garmin and then buying rescue insurance on top.
They sell for about 200 so a good deal.
Useful for skiing, hiking etc. check the limits on the plan for details.
