Viewsonic Airpanel V110 with power supply and WiFi adapter for PC.
This device originally retailed for $1000 and served as a remote desktop for your PC.
You'll probably need to run an old version of Windows to set it up but I think it uses RDP so may ultimately work with more modern systems. (I'm sure I used it to connect to a Linux machine at one point.)
An interesting piece of computing history that often sells for a few hundred dollars online.
