@lreading model is: SMT1500IC, battery replaced last year, they should be replaced every 5 years as per manufacturer (there is only one), but will last much longer if not put into deep discharge, I added photo of the model and battery to this add if this helps

Hi, how old is it? Have the batteries ever been replaced? Could you provide the full model number I couldn't make it out in the picture, it would be something like SMT1500IC I think.
