We repair, refurbish and rebuild lithium batteries for electric bicycles and scooters.

Depending on the condition and type of fault, many batteries which appear completely dead can still be repaired or rebuilt.

Please note: We specialise in lithium batteries and battery chargers only. We do not repair motors, controllers, brakes or other bicycle/scooter components.

We use good-quality cells from reputable manufacturers. We do not build batteries using unknown low-grade cells simply to achieve the lowest possible price.

36V scooter batteries – standard 30-cell size

Suitable for many Xiaomi M365-type scooters and similar models.

First price applies to many Xiaomi clones / Kugoo-type batteries, second price to genuine Xiaomi-type batteries where additional electronics/BMS work may be required.

The stated capacities are based on the nominal capacity of the cells used. Actual usable capacity can be slightly lower because the BMS and controller cut-off voltages prevent the cells from being discharged completely.

CUSTOM BATTERIES

We can also build non-standard battery packs, including external batteries installed outside the original battery compartment.

For custom batteries we need accurate information about:

maximum available dimensions

required voltage

required capacity

maximum current

wiring

charging and discharge connectors

Installation into the vehicle is the customer's responsibility unless specifically agreed otherwise.

Please remember that fitting a battery larger than the original one may require modification of the battery compartment or a different mounting method. A larger pack may overlap the original mounting points and cannot always be secured using the factory screws.

Our batteries are built carefully and protected against normal moisture as far as reasonably possible, but they are not waterproof and must not be submerged or exposed to heavy water ingress.

EXAMPLES OF BATTERY REBUILDS

A2B Metro battery rebuild

Original A2B Metro batteries are discontinued and difficult to replace.

We can completely rebuild the original battery using modern lithium cells and increase the capacity from the original 13.2Ah up to approximately 58Ah, while retaining the original battery housing and connection system.

Price depends on the required capacity, cells and condition of the original battery.

36V lead-acid e-bike battery conversion

Original battery:

36V / 10Ah sealed lead-acid
Weight approximately 13.4kg

Converted to lithium:

36V / 21Ah lithium
Weight approximately 6.8kg

This provides more than twice the capacity while reducing the battery weight dramatically.

Typical conversion price: around €600–€620, depending on construction and required parts.

INSPECTION / DIAGNOSTIC FEE

Battery inspection and testing starts from €35 for standard batteries.

Large, complex or high-voltage batteries may have a higher inspection fee.

The inspection fee applies even if the battery cannot be repaired or if you decide not to proceed with the repair afterwards.

Final repair cost depends on the fault and on any parts which need to be replaced.

Please bring or send the battery only, together with its charger and key where applicable. Complete bicycles or scooters cannot normally be accepted due to limited workshop space.
