Lithium batteries in electric scooters or bicycle is possible to repair - depend of condition and fault.
WE DO NOT dealing with other parts. Only lithium batteries and chargers for batteries.

36V scooter batteries (for Xiaomi M365 type) can be custom made by us from good quality Samsung/Panasonic/LG/Sanyo cells. WE DO NOT use cheap chinese cells!!!

The stated capacities are upon true cell capacities, therefore nominal. Bms can cut down some part of this capacity.

We can build also non-standard battery pack as external battery, installed outside original battery compartment. In this case buyer need specify very precisely size, maximum measures and wiring with connectors. Installation is solely upon buyer responsibility

In case of bigger battery pack than original (40 or more cells) there may be issue with fit such big battery into scooter compartment, especially in clones of Xiaomi scooters. This battery cannot be fasten by standard screws into original threads as it overlapping them, so it must be secured different way.

We build batteries in best way we can, but please understand, even we build them as sealed, they are NOT waterproof.

Example scenario:
Secondary battery for electric bicycle A2B Metro become dead or very weak, original specs: 36V/9.8Ah.

Impossible to buy new battery, as it is no longer manufactured. Even if would be available, this battery would cost above €600.

Recelling battery with new and better cells - more than double capacity, more than double life cycle, final nominal capacity close to 20.4Ah. Price €450.

Ebike battery with SLA (sealed lead acid) batteries inside. Weight of battery pack - 13.4kg, total capacity 10Ah/36V. Battery itself hard to come by in this area or need to order from China.
Lead acid batteries replaced for lithium. Weight dropped to 6.8kg, capacity 21Ah/36V. Still have room for adding another 10.5Ah. Price €460.

We can come, collect battery/vehicle and after repair will delivery back to you.

Minimum repair price start at €35 no matter whether any repair will be done or not, this cover inspection and testing. With pickup and delivery to your location is minimum price €65. Final price can vary depend of issue and parts we need to replace.
