Vintage Ingersoll U.S. Time Mickey Mouse Watch

Albert Einstein once said that "Time is Relative". I would say that a watch is a relative of Time! The less time you spend with this watch the more you will miss it!

This is a 1964 Vintage Ingersoll U.S. Time Mickey Mouse Watch.

Beware of Fakes!

This 1960's ladies watch has no Mickey Mouse image on the face and here is why; Ingersoll-Watersbury made the first Mickey Mouse watch. The majority of Mickey Mouse watches made until the 1970's are Ingersoll-Waterbury watches. During Ingersoll’s fiduciary for Disney, they removed the Mickey Mouse Image from the watch entirely! Instead, the words “Mickey Mouse” appeared "in all caps" across the face of the watch.

This original stainless-steel "U.S. Time" snap-case watch with its dusky black leather strap has a pin lever escapement mechanical wind movement. The movement is clean and running very well and sets as it should.

This watch is a true collector's gem.
