Montblanc
Product Description
The Montblanc 1858 Automatic is a vintage-inspired sports timepiece that beautifully channels the spirit of mountain exploration and the rich heritage of historical Minerva timepieces.
Case & Bezel: It features a 40 mm stainless steel case with a refined mix of polished and satin-finished surfaces. The slim, curved lugs give it an elegant profile on the wrist. It is topped with a fixed steel bezel that features a polished blue ceramic insert, neatly engraved with the four luminescent cardinal points (N, S, E, W) acting as a compass design.
Dial: The deep navy blue dial offers outstanding legibility. It features prominent, luminescent Arabic numerals and a precise outer railway minute track. The historic, domed "cathedral" shaped hands are coated with Super-LumiNova® for excellent visibility in low-light conditions. The dial is finished with the historical 1930s Montblanc logo.
Movement: Powering the watch is the Calibre MB 24.15 automatic movement, offering reliable self-winding performance with a power reserve of approximately 38 hours.
Strap: This particular variant comes mounted on a high-quality, matching blue leather strap with contrasting white stitching near the lugs.
Case Back: True to the mountaineering theme, the solid stainless steel case back is intricately engraved with the iconic Mont Blanc mountain peak, a compass, and two crossed ice pick-axes.
