Here's a very unusual Excelsior chronograph from around the mid 30's/early 40's. The movement is an Excelsior Park calibre 42 - the only oval chronograph movement ever made.

The movement appears in watches branded Excelsior, Excelsior Park and Gallet & Co.

The case is steel with 16mm lugs
Lug to lug 39mm
The case is slightly oval, with a width of 30mm excluding crown, and length 32mm
Case height is 13mm, although with a shallow-domed crystal this could be a couple of mm slimmer.

The movement is in good condition, however it is not serviced, and servicing is not included in the selling price.
