Further product details:
The fruit bodies have been trimmed at the base to remove wood and other debris.
They are washed several times to reduce natural debris found on them in the wild.
They are then gently dehydrated to full dehydration in a dehydrator at a low temperature between 30-40C to preserve the integrity of the fruit bodies.
Due to the product being wild harvested, some stubborn debris may remain but won't affect product quality. Colour variations exist between mushrooms due to various factors such as genetics and light exposure during their growth cycle. All mushroom bodies are Trametes versicolor and do not contain any look-a-likes such as Stereum ostrea.
