Its surface is finely sanded for a smooth finish and prepared to preserve the natural texture and beauty of the wood.Long at 4ft (2ft approx each side"....10" high and at widest it 9" deep so alot of storage/display room.Not a fan of gloss varnish but i did do the top for wear n tare n to make the teak accents pop..rest is finished in oils
