The tear is small and the stain is mainly water damage . Made a small effort to wash it when opened . See above

@DPfarrell it doesn’t let water through . It has been up for 4 years . Tear is about 30 cms . I’ll see if we can open it again and see what it’s like . It has been in storage for a year .

how big is the tear and how bad is the water stain. Is the fabric water proof, ie will it let rain through
