Purchased 7yrs ago for the sole purpose of a playouse/Den. My children had years of fun with games, crafts, sleepovers & parties. This is a 4/5 berth. Very well minded & cared for. We towed it here with jeep & its been in the exact spot since. This could easily be used for a sensory space either or a quiet retreat. No offers. Obviously collection only. Must be viewed to be appreciated. Sorry not taking deposits.

No. See last 2 images. There is just a sink vanity area. This is exactly as purchased. As we used as childrens space we never had any need for anything else.
