Made with:

70g organic rhubarb from my allotment,
180g organic white currants that another allotment owner very generously gave me,
140g sugar,
apple pectin and a
dash of fresh lemon juice.

Makes 220g of white organic currant and organic rhubarb jam.

Super versatile, can be spread on toast, scones or used as a topping for ice cream, yogurt, or pancakes among others. Supplied in a jar with lid. Interested in making your own jam ?
