105g organic rhubarb from my allotment,
105g sugar,
apple pectin and
a dash of fresh lemon juice.
Makes 210g of rhubarb jam.
Super versatile, can be spread on toast, scones or used as a topping for ice cream, yogurt, or pancakes among others. Supplied in a jar with lid. Interested in making your own rhubarb jam ? I sell 300g of organic rhubarb for 2 euro.
