No fault codes or warnings.
Battery was in my house.
I would imagine the warranty is transferable but would need some research.

I have few questions if you don't mind

What's the original installation date, and is the 10-year Huawei warranty still active and transferable to a new owner?
Has the unit had any fault codes, error history, or repairs?
Was it always wall-mounted indoors, or exposed to garage/outdoor temperature swings?

History there as well. I went on ev rate in 2024.
