The Germicidal UV-C defence technology helps kill viruses and germs* (*Independently tested for inactivation of Influenza A Virus H1N1 99.99% kill rate at the Guangdong Detection Centre for Microbiology), whilst the multi stage 3 in 1 pre, carbon and True HEPA filter captures 99.97% of airborne particles including pollen, dust and microscopic particles as small as 0.3 microns. The Brava will help remove these microscopic particles invisible to the human eye from the air e.g. pet dander, dust mites, pollen and VOC's (volatile organic compounds) which are known to trigger hayfever and other severe respiratory conditions, including chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).
Also useful for clearing smokey rooms like kitchens.
