Pair of shelf/coat hanger

Selling these for €20 as I've no space. First person who can collect them takes them!These are bought brand new. Never hung or put together. I have the instructions and all parts that came with it but it seems like the nails don't fit. I'm sure for a handy person they could do something with these as they would be gorgeous up.
