These boards are initially sanded with 80 grit paper, the designs are then laser engraved onto the timber . They are then sanded again with 120 grit paper and finally painted with a clear coat of diamond hard varnish to add an extra layer of protection.

These designs are printed on reclaimed timber, so some imperfections may exist. We do our utmost to ensure the quality of designs and boards, so the majority of imperfections are on the back and are not visible.
