The SKOLISOHLE ® is a sports device and is used to improve coordination and fine motor skills in orthopedics, physiotherapy and sports therapy. Due to the consciously created insecurity on the SKOLISOHLE ®, the body constantly searches for its own center in order to remain in balance. This constant balancing creates the necessary stimulus that appeals to the fine muscles of the spine. The body straightens up, muscle chains are activated and trained.


The SKOLISOLE ® is a simple piece of sports equipment that reaches the fine muscle chains, which are usually ignored in general training, without much training effort. The training serves prevention and therapy at the same time in the simplest way. Just like with a balance board, you can use the SKOLISOHLE ® . train. But with a short amount of time, 2 x 5 minutes, and the three-dimensional nature of the exercise, the training is more intensive and varied. All horizontal, vertical and diagonal muscles are trained.

The SKOLISOHLE ® consists of a solid sole, a hemisphere and straps with Velcro fasteners. The SKOLISOLE ® is adjusted to the foot using the retaining straps . While walking, the deep muscles are reached and trained through balancing.
