Hi no batteries was not and never needed to be replaced , the set was serviced every year along with my annual hearing test , battery is lasting app 12 hrs of standard use incl some bluetooth streaming

Hi no sorry they aren't the Phonak silver actually kinda hard to describe the exact colour and i have completely forgotton what the colour is called , they are a light colour maybe saddlewood or champagne but not certain ok sorry again
