Organic Kombucha scoby with starter tea

Kombucha is a fermented tea drink that has lots of health benefits.

A scoby (often called a mother) is a symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast. It forms naturally while your kombucha is brewing and is used for future batches.

My kombucha (and therefore scobies) is made with organic green tea and organic sugar cane.

The scoby feeds on the sugar so there is no sugar in finished kombucha.

As I drink kombucha regularly I have multiple spare scobies.

The price of €5 includes a healthy scoby and the starter tea in a glass jar. If you're new to brewing kombucha, I can give you the recipe with the scoby and starter tea.
