Countdown lbs Lost Plaque Personalised

Can be personalised with first name or left without.
Handmade with solid wood, and hand painted with cream colour and colour border, it has three little chalkboard to put number of lbs left to achieve, which are also hand cut, sanded & painted with chalkboard paint, the plaque hangs with craft wire with a little bead to a little sparkle.

Measurements are:
19.8cm / 198mm length
6.8cm / 68mm height
