Motherboard and hard drives - FAULTY

MSI Z370M MORTAR LGA 1151 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard

The motherboard looks good, but unfortunately, there's no power, no signs of life, no fans responding, no diodes, and complete silence.

Maybe a MOSFET or capacitor is faulty, but I have no way to test it. The CPU socket is in perfect condition, and the pins are not bent or damaged.

Maybe someone can fix it

HDDs and ssd not detecting by computer, only TOSHIBA HDD working but have one bad sector
