Vintage Tupperware Microwave Steamer Multicoloured 1980s

This 3 piece set (23 cm diameter)was made for the Microwave (not the oven). You can steam delicious healthy fresh pasta, rice, fish and vegetable dishes to perfection. Best part, you can use the same container to serve at the dinner table!! The removable strainer drains excess liquid to the bottom of the dish where it will keep hot foods hot. Just place the lid on and take to the table - oh so versatile!!
The MicroSteamer should only be used in a microwave for steaming or reheating previously cooked foods that are LOW in fat. (high fat items will damage the steamer). Before heating, add 1-2 tablespoons of liquid unless the food already has liquid added. Steam, drain, serve!!
Very Very good vintage pre-owned condition. No cracks, chips or stains. Does not appear the steamer was ever used. Steamer has been thoroughly cleaned and is ready for use.
