Immersion Milk Cooler: Specialized unit with cooling coils and lid.
In the olden days, this was how farmers used to cool the milk quickly within the churn. A water hose fed water into it which would circulate within the piping and run down the side of the churn.

I had some other churns for sale. Those of you who are watching this page for them, they have already sold.
