Victorian Mahogony sideboard

Stunning late Victorian mahogany mirror-back sideboard/chiffonier, circa 1890s. A beautiful piece of craftsmanship in need of some TLC and the right home.

Features include intricate hand-carved acanthus leaf and floral panel doors, a large central bevelled mirror flanked by glazed display cabinets with diamond-pattern detail, elegant turned spindle columns and finials, and a serpentine bow-fronted base cabinet with brass escutcheon hardware.

The piece has been stored in a shed and shows its age, there is surface staining and some paint splash damage to the top, and wear to the lower shelf area. The structure and carved detail remain solid and impressive.
Perfect for an antique restorer, upcycler, or anyone who appreciates Victorian craftsmanship. This would be a show-stopping piece once restored.
