The pipe brackets had some light rust which was mostly sanded off.
The shelves are in good condition with only one or two corners slightly dented when moving.
The original screws are in good condition and are included.
The wall plugs are not included.
You will need to get wall plugs for anything other than a wooden wall or wall stud.
