Heavy original iron/steel construction. Designed to hold approximately 50 wine bottles. Features the original hinged door, locking hasp and distinctive RIGIDEX DÉPOSÉ manufacturer’s badge.
Originally produced in France for commercial wine-cellar use, including wine merchants, restaurants, hotels and private cellars.
Fantastic untouched rusted industrial patina giving it superb character and making it as much a decorative statement piece as a practical wine rack.
A genuinely unusual piece of French industrial wine cellar history with the original manufacturer’s identification still present.
