The leather suite is comfortable and has been well looked after, with normal signs of use.
The coffee table and side storage boxes are very useful pieces but the paintwork is worn in places and would benefit from being repainted or resprayed, which is reflected in the price.
Ideally I would like to sell everything together as one lot.
