Arts and Crafts era sideboard
Lovely Arts and Crafts era sideboard in pristine condition. Two deep drawers down the middle and two shelved storage spaces on sides. The cupboard on the right has a slide out drawer where I was told that back in the day was used for perishable food such as cheese, to keep it cool. I tested it by putting ice in it and put cans of coke inside and it it worked. Kept them cold. The middle drawer has a push in/pop out mechanism that no longer functions. Best to remove the mechanism and close drawer permanently showcasing the beautiful carved detail.
This sideboard comes off its stand so it can easily be moved in two parts.
**Uncle George lost the keys to this sideboard ages ago so unfortunately no keys are available.
