Antique Winsor & Newton Shop Counter Display Cabinet / Plan Chest (Ideal Upcycle)

Rare original late Victorian / Edwardian mahogany counter-top display cabinet for Winsor & Newton’s Artists’ Materials.

Featuring the iconic gilded/painted glass front logo panel and 6 smooth-running drawers with original recessed brass campaign handles. The internal layout includes sloping upper wells and separate compartments originally designed to display art stock, paint tubes, and brushes.

An incredible piece of commercial heritage and advertising history. Originally purchased for a glass-coffee table conversion project, but selling due to lack of time to finish. Would make a stunning coffee table, shop counter centerpiece, studio desk organiser, or feature display.
