Antique square piano 1850s

Hi Peterss Thanks for the reply, Unfortunately the piano for which I need the castors is still in the back of my car and will remain there until I can find somewhere in the house to put it. Hauling another one in at this stage would be a bit daunting. If I resolve my space problem in the next couple of weeks or so I could contact you again if you still have it. The only other parts i might need would be the strings and if you still have them, the keys.
Incidentally, sometime back in the late seventies I rescued a Clementi square piano (1830ish) from my cousins farm
in Balivor. It had a ''Pigotts 112 Grafton St.'' logo on it.{ A long established music shop, now long gone.) i went into them to enquire as
to how I might refurbish it.They brought me to their work shop and showed me what THEY did with them ;- strip out all the musical parts. unscrew the leg brackets from underneath and re-attach them to the top of the frame, screw the legs back in , turn the whole thing upside down and there you had a perfect workbench. They were obsolete for 100yrs or so even back then and nobody wanted them.. Now of course all the info for them is on the net, Anyway tnx again for the reply
