Antique Desk (Ship's Captain)
Antique desk, it was used on a ship, most likely a Captain's desk. It includes a wide top drawer which would have been used for maps, charts etc. Leather top, solid wood and brass, estimated to be over 100 years old, the design, build and quality would confirm this ( no actual provenance) Size: L 126 cm x D 60cm x H 75cm. No keys but would be easily sourced. Excellent condition, some wear and tear. Bought in an an antique shop in Chicester, UK around 15 years ago. A really unique piece of antique furniture that would grace any room.
