The mounting system is designed to attach the shelf to compatible acoustic slat wall panels without:
X Drilling into the wall
X Drilling into the acoustic panels
X Drilling into the wooden slats
X Drilling into the felt backing
X Gluing or sticking anything to the wall or panels
X Permanently modifying or damaging the acoustic wall

This allows you to add a shelf while keeping your acoustic panel installation intact.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

1. Position the mounting insert

Place the mounting insert into the gap between two acoustic wood slats.

Make sure the arrow on the front of the mounting insert is pointing to the right.

2. Lock the mounting insert in place

Take any standard flat-head screwdriver and insert it into the recessed arrow-shaped slot in the centre of the mounting insert.

Turn the screwdriver counter-clockwise until the arrow is pointing upwards.

The mounting insert is now securely locked in place.

3. Attach the shelf mounting bracket

Slot the shelf mounting bracket onto the installed mounting insert.

The shelf mounting bracket is now securely attached to the acoustic panel.

4. Install the shelf

Slide the shelf into the shelf mounting bracket.

Depending on your setup, the shelf can be installed in several ways:

* Slide the shelf in from the side; or
* Insert the shelf from the front at an angle of 45° or more ↗️, then rotate it into position through the top opening of the bracket.

Once the shelf is in place, check that it is properly seated in the mounting bracket before placing anything on it.

Installation complete.

You now have a shelf mounted to your acoustic slat wall without drilling into or damaging the acoustic panels, felt or wall.
