Looking for a small spot for 3 beehives (Waterford, Wexford, Tipperary)

Hi everyone,
I am looking for a small, quiet spot (just a couple of square meters) on a farm, in a large garden, or on an unused piece of land to place three small, neat beehives. I am based in Mooncoin and looking for a location within Co. Waterford, Co. Wexford, or Co. Tipperary.
A bit about the setup:
Visits: The hives require regular maintenance. I will need to access the site about once a week during the summer (for 1–2 hours) and only once a month during the winter.
The Bees: The bees are managed, non-aggressive, and the hives are kept in top condition.
What I offer in return:
Paid rent / compensation (amount to be discussed and agreed upon with the landowner).
A share of delicious, local raw honey (whenever the season allows).
Free pollination for your garden, fruit trees, and crops, which will naturally boost your local ecosystem and yields.
