WILDFLOWER HONEY For Sale.

SOFT SET HONEY is a natural honey that has been carefully controlled during crystallisation to create a smooth spreadable texture, which makes it easier to spread on toast or use in tea, baking etc.
CREAMED HONEY. All real honey crystalizes over time but Creamed Honey is a process that is controlled with nothing added but air, this is very popular with kids that don't like Honey as the taste changes slightly like marshmallow.
