waste e-bike batteries
There is a 48v 20ah pack with bad controller. And there is a 48v 13ah? Battery with bad controller. The 48v 20ah I checked the cell v and they appear ok but I charged in January and haven't been capable of repairing to deplete to proper storage volt.
