Sony mdx-C6500R MiniDisc (Boxed) Car Audio.

A dedicated in car 'MiniDisc' player with tuner. The tilt and or detach head unit (Amber) illumination, has been sitting in its case and boxed since removal.

Please note, this unit does not play CD's or has a USB slot. Bluetooth as far as I remember was not available to the mass market at the time of purchase.

The unit however is able to control an external (optional) MD/CD changer unit. Sony offered the MDX-65 6 Disc MiniDisc changer at the time.

A Sony external 'RM-X4S' Stalk Control unit (option) could be purchased at the time and this is included. This hard to find controller is again in excellent condition.

The replacement vehicle had in-built audio.

Everything boxed and in excellent cosmetic condition. The unit was put into room storage (not attic) about 20 years ago and at that point worked perfectly. 

Not sure if the included connector is universal but allowed the unit to be connected to a Renault vehicle at the time of fitting. Original cage included. Period perfect option for a classic vehicle from the early 2000s.
