Smart Lock and Smart Curtain Drivers

Selling a couple of smart home items from Switch Bot. They are HomeKit compatible, with the right hub.
They're all in perfect condition, unopened, in blister, as I realized after ordering that they don't fit my needs.

They are:

50EUR: a mini matter hub (https://eu.switch-bot.com/products/switchbot-hub-mini-matter-enabled )
Please note: the curtain drivers and the smart lock do not function without a hub. If you plan on buying one of the items on its own, you will need to buy your own hub from SwitchBot.
