Multi Band Radio Working Hitachi KH-1170E, sale as parts, need service, working.

Item has cosmetic wear as shown in photos. Battery cover not included as shown in photos. We have tested the item and have verified that it works, but item has an issues.
We were able to get one channel for the weather on the PBS high setting but we were unable to get any connectivity to AM or MB stations sold as is for parts or repair (service).
Tuning Range:
PSB high 152 - 174 MHz
PSB low 30 - 50 MHz
FM 88 -108 MHz
MB 1,6 - 4,5 MHz
AM 530 - 1605 kHz.
