Hi do you have any jinko 420 all black tier 1 solar panels
2 weeks
@chris p bacon Hi, yes its a straight plug and play if you already have the panels
1600w instantaneous supply and which can be regulated via the app to either reduce or increase grid feed.
1600w covers pretty much most appliances in the house. You can also use that in parallel to your ecoflow which would give you 2400w (2.4kw) of total grid export/usage but you would need 4 more panels.
Panels are very cheap, N type panels of around 500watts are around 80-100euros depending if you want Mono panel or Bifacial.
Everything can be got online, amazon sells ready made MC4 solar cables 2 to 10m extremely cheap and various brackets/hangers whatever you need
Its a cost efficient set up without paying through the nose for professional install while saving money.
To give you an example my house was using between 4-8kw per day
With DIY microinverter solar im pretty much covering all the loads in and in 10 days I used exactly just shy of 10kw. Something I would almost consume in 1 day ish
And the new panels they sell now are 10x times more efficient then panels they were sold during Covid hype which were P type that needed sunlight
Newer N type panels just need light and the produce power, although not at their full rating but in comparison to P type its a day and night difference. Feel sorry for people that feel into Solar hype trap during C19 that will take them years to repay back in comparison to what’s available now and how cheap install are

Hi I have an Ecoflow Inverter but 800w is very limiting. Great system was easy to install. Can I just unplug ecoflow and plug solars directly into your inverter and get 1600W? I take it same MC4 connectors? This would be ideal if so as my electricity bills are literally halved even with 800w input, and the cost of DIY compare to some prices I was given by installers are ridiculously expensive considering equipment is really cheap while you getting quoted 12-18K for solar set up. I know roof install might be tricky, but my panels are hanging of the balcony and I'm pulling 1.5kw per hour. Just the limiting factor is 800w. I didn't even know you could buy more powerful inverter

@deckie27 not for that price mate
Panels are from 80-120 depends on what quality, type you want.
475/500w Aiko,Jinko, all N type new gen.
You need cabling which you can assemble yourself or buy on amazon or I can make it depending how long you need them. Ofher then that its a plug and play balcony setup
Full balcony setup if you were to buy ranges from 1200-2000e and that inlcudes panels and only 800w inverter which is a regulatory requirement. You can push 1600w on this one as some states allow for higher input
But if you want to stay compliant you limit grid output to 800w. If you want to run off grid, you can increase to 1600w
Your choice

@deckie27 yes 4 panels needed, plug and play and connect to AC outlet and power is flowing into grid straight away.
Look up vidoes on Youtube , for example Ecoflow inverters how easy is to set uo
