Kenwood R2000 VC-10 Converter

VHF Converter unit for Kenwood r2000.

Not working but didn't spend too much time investigating.
I did break the small grey antenna wire from the SO23 to the board - easy solder fix.
The other problem I don't have the expertise.
Also one of the small casing screws head had become wrung.
