Function generator up to 2 MHz and frequency counter up to 120 MHz. Sine, square and triangle wave outputs, TTL output, sweep, DC offset and duty-cycle controls.

It powers on and the display is working, as shown. It has not been recently calibrated or comprehensively tested, so it is being sold as used test equipment in the condition shown. Cosmetic wear, dust and age-related marks.
