Hi! Thanks for the info 😊 Just to make sure it’ll work with my iPhone 11 (Lightning) do you know if the cable from the receiver to the phone is TRRS (mic + audio) or TRS (audio only)?

@lou304 hi. I have a Samsung s24 ultra. I had to buy a 3.5mm port to c connection in order to connect it to the phone. My phone only recognised it as a headphone and not an external microphone so not much use to me. From what I then researched that is an issue with that model of phone.

Just a quick question, what phone model do you have, and what exactly was the connection issue you were having? (e.g., wouldn’t detect the mic, kept disconnecting, low volume, etc.)
