Oh my God, are you serious? Please check the recall date — it was recalled in 2014 14th of March - It's now 2026, and they're still working, also it was mentioned that ONLY A SMALL NUMBER of the heaters had this issue, so, the both works as supposed, 1 missing stand base and remote.
