18650 lithium 231 imr and 280INR -NO BMS

I have a number of custom-built 24V lithium-ion battery packs available.
🔋 231 IMR lithium-ion cells used in the 24V configuration, soldered manually. Very bad job.
🔋 Additional 280 INR cells arranged in 7 individual 3D-printed cases, 40 cells per pack, 2000mah average cells. Done using spot welder. Only tabs soldered on screw. Needs some attention!

Please ignore the cycle capacity, BMS’s installed just for 1week so you can review the pack’s balance and kept the original battery usage.

⚡ Approximately 110–125Ah usable capacity, depending on the pack/configuration

♻️ Packs have not been routinely discharged to 80% DOD
