Stira Folding Attic / Loft Ladder – Like New, Barely Used

Bought new and only installed for 6 months before being removed for our attic conversion. In excellent, near-new condition with virtually no use.

Solid wooden construction with spring-assisted opening mechanism, metal hinges and rubber feet. Folds neatly away when not in use.

Approx. folded dimensions:
41 inches long x 22 inches wide

Maximum permitted static load: 150 kg, as stated on the manufacturer’s label.

Removed and ready for collection. All parts and fittings included are shown in the photos.

We paid €1000 for the stairs and installation
